1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上测试工作经验，独立负责过项目，能够通过有效的手段、流程和方法推进产品测试开展，把控产品质量； 2、深入掌握测试体系、测试流程和测试技术，能通过测试技术提升效率，有搜索相关测试经验优先； 3、良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能从整个研发的角度出发，对研发流程和研发效率的改善提出落地方案。
