1、小程序治理体系搭建与落地： 1）制定并迭代小程序治理规则、审核标准及操作流程，涵盖内容合规、功能规范、用户行为管理、安全防护等方面，确保治理工作有章可循； 2）搭建小程序审核机制，负责小程序上线前审核、日常巡检、违规排查，及时发现并处理违规内容、违规功能及异常行为，降低合规风险； 3）协同技术、法务、产品等部门，推动治理规则的技术落地，优化审核工具，提升治理效率；跟踪治理效果，持续优化治理体系； 2、小程序日常运营与优化： 1）负责小程序日常运营维护，包括内容更新、功能调试、用户反馈收集与处理，保障小程序正常运行，提升用户使用体验； 2）监控小程序核心数据（活跃度、留存率、转化率、违规率等），分析数据变化趋势，挖掘运营痛点，提出优化方案并落地执行； 3）推动小程序生态建设，联动入驻商户/开发者，开展合规培训、运营指导，规范其运营行为，提升生态整体质量； 3、违规处理与风险防控： 1）负责小程序违规行为的核实、判定与处理，包括警告、整改、下架、封禁等，建立违规台账，跟踪整改效果，形成闭环管理； 2）跟踪行业政策及平台规则变化，及时调整小程序治理策略，防范政策风险、合规风险及安全风险（如信息泄露、恶意攻击等）； 3）处理用户关于小程序违规、功能异常的投诉与举报，及时响应并反馈，提升用户满意度与信任度； 4、跨部门协同与沟通： 1）协同产品部门，参与小程序功能规划与迭代，从治理与运营角度提出需求与建议，确保功能合规、易用； 2）配合技术部门，推动治理工具开发、系统优化，解决运营过程中的技术问题；协助法务部门，落实合规要求，规避法律风险； 3）与公司内部各业务线沟通协作，同步小程序治理规则与运营动态，保障各项工作有序推进。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、互联网运营、工商管理、法律等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上治理运营、内容审核等相关工作经验，有小程序生态治理经验者优先；有国际化业务经验优先； 3、熟悉小程序主流平台的规则、审核标准及运营逻辑，具备较强的合规意识和风险判断能力； 4、具备良好的运营思维，能通过数据分析发现问题、解决问题，有较强的方案落地能力； 5、具备严谨细致的工作态度，责任心强，能高效完成日常巡检、审核、违规处理等重复性工作； 6、具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力，能高效对接跨部门工作，妥善处理用户投诉与举报。
