1、负责TikTok直播平台内容/分层运营任务/教育/社群等相关策略制定，促进直播生态作者内容提升及规模化运营能力； 2、熟悉各类资源及运营动作，能持续沉淀运营方法论，输出成长牵引体系/社群运营策略等，同时能探索智能化手段，不断提升运营效率； 3、洞察生态规模化运营问题及潜在机会，服务于创作者升级/保级/营收提升的目标，不断优化策略及产品手段； 4、能基于分析，协同产品、运营、算法等，推动策略优化； 5、擅长项目管理，快速梳理目标达成的手段和优先级，并能够及时推动合作方配合完成； 6、数据敏感，能定义关键指标，过程中通过敏捷有效的数据分析保障并追踪策略效果，推动策略有效落地。

1、5年及以上策略运营经验，有创作者或者商家规模化运营相关经验优先； 2、熟悉直播国际化平台及内容生态，对相关领域有认知、视野、高敏感、热情； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思考力、数据分析能力，能定义目标，看清进展； 4、能分析复杂业务的问题，识别机会，不断优化策略； 5、有优秀的沟通协作能力和资源整合能力，善于跨团队协作和推动结果达成； 6、英文水平优秀，可作为工作语言。
