1、针对美国市场，制定并落地用户产品的全链路认知渗透策略，明确TikTok原生广告、信息流广告的价值主张；优化千次展示成本（CPM）、点击率（CTR）、转化率等核心指标，拉动搜索量与用户使用渗透率； 2、搭建并运营美国美食垂类分层创作者生态，覆盖头部、中部及本地小微创作者，推出系列内容项目，带动自然讨论与用户使用； 3、与商家落地联名线下活动，制作门店物料（标识、海报、创意展示装置），制定用户到店打卡激励方案，提升产品在线下的曝光率；挖掘并打造标杆商家案例，协同TikTok美国社媒账号、公关团队，推进官方信息发布与行业媒体曝光； 4、与产品、设计、创作者运营、BD等团队密切合作，牵头制定营销推广活动的目标、节奏及制定核心策略，搭建完整的营销效果评估体系，追踪用户认知渗透率、搜索带动等核心指标。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具备5年及以上消费互联网/本地生活行业上市推广（GTM）或品牌策略相关工作经验；深度理解美国市场，熟悉美国用户消费习惯、社交媒体内容偏好及当地媒体环境； 3、具备全链路GTM策略从0到1设计与落地的成功案例，覆盖用户认知建立、内容种草到线下活动全流程；具备跨团队协同推进复杂项目的能力； 4、逻辑能力好，善于创意文案的产出和表达，具有数据分析能力，能通过效果数据迭代策略，并平衡多重工作优先级； 5、英语可作为工作语言，能流利与美国本地团队及外部合作伙伴高效协作。

加分项： 1、有平台营销或创作者运营经验，熟悉平台广告工具、内容生态及算法规则； 2、有在美国市场为餐饮、在线旅游（OTA）或生活方式类产品打造爆款/标杆营销案例的经验； 3、有与美国餐厅/商家合作伙伴对接经验，了解其运营痛点与需求。
