1、协同安全产品、法务合规、隐私、风控、客服等团队，制定安全事件响应的核心指标、标准流程（SOP）与处置机制； 2、负责账号安全事件应急处置，分析事件根因，推动内外部团队高效协同快速响应，向安全及产品管理层清晰同步风险与事件进展，提供解决方案评估框架，明确各方分工；同时通过用户反馈、数据指标分析，持续优化事件响应与处置流程，提升运营效率； 3、负责账号安全运营工具的需求收集、能力迭代与落地推进；推动账号安全核心能力向下游业务集成与规模化推广； 4、负责相关预算管理，制定并监控安全体验、审核效率相关指标。

1、具备安全应急响应、流程建设与体系运营相关经验，熟悉业务流程管理与需求分析，深入理解账号安全、网络安全、信息安全、数字身份安全等领域知识；具备或熟悉业内相关最佳实践、并有个人思考和见解优先； 2、具备主人翁意识，面对紧急事件具备主动担当意识、全程推动解决； 3、能够适应跨时区协作，具备优秀跨部门协同、推动落地能力； 4、英语可作为工作语言优先。
