1、负责全球化短视频的性能稳定性体验质量，通过全链路架构剖析、数据科学指标建设、高可靠性工程框架设计等手段，带领团队持续优化工程稳定性，提升性能体验，并对标行业产品，最终促进业务和用户高质量增长，保障商业成功； 2、建立端侧架构问题定义机制和挖掘系统历史债务，完善端到端QoS指标及用户感受指标，结合数据指标体系驱动项目和工程优化，通过更创新的AI评测/数据/逆向/AI诊断归因等能力带来更多的机会挖掘，不断扩展客户端体验优化和稳定性优化边界； 3、负责全球多个市场产品的客户端先进技术的评估和量化，辐射各个业务，如视频播放/内容分发/搜索/直播/智能创作等，能站在行业视角和复杂业务视角判断和审视更先进性的客户端工程、行业优化做法，持续优化性能&稳定性&ANR等挑战，持续识别相关的卡脖子技术和未来技术走势，能站在未来发展的视角看当前设计，提出并持续影响相关先进技术的落地和运用； 4、跨团队协作和推动，作为关键技术负责人&接口人，与多方团队如产品/算法/DS/客户端等开展紧密协作，制定清晰和可落地的技术体验路线图，能定义和提出重要痛点问题，通过更好的方案持续优化解决，对整体项目协作和业务带来可量化的提升和影响； 5、设计与打造客户端方向的AI Runtime软件工程，参与构建一系列智能化工程能力，将工作流AI化：Context engineering/知识库入码/多层Memory系统/精选工具编排等，并结合业务的深刻理解，敏锐发现AI可落地的创新机会，将AI技术方案落地为可度量的收益闭环（如效率提升、用户体验提升等）。

1、本科及以上学历，具备深厚的技术功底和架构视角，在至少1个后端研发技术领域有深入实践经验，包含但不限于：性能优化、稳定性优化、全球内容分发&透明传输、音视频、搜索推荐、CDN等，展现出主导攻坚复杂技术难题的能力和视角，有良好和稳健的架构设计思维； 2、具备敏感且全面的数据分析能力和问题定义能力，能从复杂业务场景和海量数据中洞察不足与机会，主导机会挖掘-影响定义-问题推动-解决落地-收益闭环的全链路活动，给业务带来系统性提升； 3、强烈的技术好奇心和学习力，对前沿技术始终保持敏锐和高度热情，关注行业最佳实践快速落地到日常工作。
