1、负责风险感知、风险召回与风险特征提炼，围绕业务场景识别潜在风险，推动形成可落地的治理策略； 2、能够基于案例独立开展分析，完成分析案例→提炼特征→设计召回→推动上线的完整闭环； 3、联动产品、算法、审核、运营等团队，推动策略接入送审链路、人审链路，持续优化治理效率与准确率； 4、结合日常风险表现与异常趋势，进行风险模式挖掘、特征归纳与策略迭代，提升风险发现与处置能力； 5、跟踪策略上线后的效果，监控召回、命中、误伤等核心指标，持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历，具备策略运营、内容治理、风险治理、审核策略或风控相关经验优先； 2、有较强的案例意识，能从具体案例中抽象问题、提炼特征，并形成可执行的策略方案； 3、数据分析与逻辑归纳能力强，能基于数据和业务现象识别问题、定位原因； 4、有推动策略从0到1落地经验，熟悉召回、规则、人审协同链路者优先； 5、跨团队协作能力强，能与产品、算法、审核等多角色高效推进； 6、对风险感知、趋势识别、内容治理有兴趣和敏感度；有平台风险感知/治理经验者优先；英文可作为工作语言者加分。
