1、定义训练目标，负责模型训练，与算法、工程团队深度协作，进行模型从数据、训练策略到评估指标的全链路设计，推动训练方法的持续优化； 2、模型效果分析与洞察，基于线上用户反馈、离线评测及对标分析，对模型不足进行系统性拆解，输出可落地的优化方向； 3、训练数据策略制定，探索数据质量、数据构成、微调方式对模型效果的影响，参与构建数据样本体系与数据运营机制； 4、实验推进与结果复盘，参与训练实验配置设计，推动实验执行，高效完成实验结果分析、效果对标及复盘总结； 5、行业趋势调研与启发探索，关注国内外大模型最新训练方法、结构优化、评测体系与应用案例，提炼可借鉴方向并推动落地。

1、5年以上产品/产品运营工作经验，较强的分析和沟通能力，擅长从评估数据中发现价值点并推动落地； 2、有参与过大模型训练、对齐、数据运营、评测体系建设的经验优先； 3、快速学习能力：能快速掌握新模型、新方法以及行业前沿的训练与优化机制； 4、英语可作为流利工作语言应用，能够与上下游建立健康的合作关系，能按时并高质量交付结果。
