1、支持部门的日常数据处理与分析工作：采用先进的数据分析方法，深度支持战略研究，辅助产品战略决策； 2、持续提升部门内部数据化与智能化水平：借助生成式AI，挖掘数据在战略决策中的应用价值； 3、探索新场景、新方向：积极发掘新工具、设计新产品，挖掘任何提升工作效率的可能性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数据科学、数学、统计学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、业务理解能力以及快速学习能力，工作态度认真细致、积极主动，具有较强的责任感，能够使用英语作为工作语言； 3、熟练掌握SQL、Python，具备扎实的数据分析与建模能力，对Gen AI的技术原理和应用实践有一定理解和思考者优先； 4、实习期至少3个月，6个月以上优先，每周至少可到岗4天。
