团队介绍：国际化内容安全平台团队致力于为字节跳动国际化产品的用户维护安全可信赖环境，通过开发、迭代机器学习模型和信息系统以更早、更快发掘风险、监控风险、响应紧急事件，以人工智能技术支持业务发展，力求更高效、更敏捷、更全能地维护站内生态安全。

1、这是一个面向多模态大模型训练、评测和安全治理的AI数据基础设施岗位，建设国际化内容安全场景下高质量、可追溯、可持续迭代的数据资产和数据飞轮，处理文本、图像、音视频等复杂数据，支撑多模态安全模型在真实业务中的持续演进； 2、多模态安全数据资产建设与治理闭环：主导国际化内容安全平台多模态数据的建模、治理与资产化，沉淀高质量、可信、可复用的AI数据资产，为模型训练、评测和线上推理提供稳定权威的数据基础；建设元数据、血缘、质量和成本治理体系，构建「线上负面案例挖掘->数据清洗与标注->评测集/训练集补充->模型迭代」的数据飞轮，推动数据能力持续反哺算法和业务； 3、AI数据流水线与工程架构：基于Spark、Flink、Iceberg、Ray等大数据、湖仓与AI数据处理技术，建设TB~PB级离线与实时数据流水线，保障多模态模型训练、评测和业务迭代的数据供给规模、质量与效率； 4、数据合成与增强：结合内容安全真实业务场景，探索数据合成（Data Synthesis）、数据增强、多模态对齐等技术，生成高质量SFT、评测和长尾风险样本数据，解决违规样本稀缺、分布变化快等挑战； 5、跨团队方案落地：与算法、产品、审核、工程等团队协作，从内容安全业务问题出发设计数据和AI解决方案，推动数据平台能力在模型迭代和风险治理场景中规模化落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子信息科学等相关专业，3年以上数据研发/AI数据工程/大数据平台相关工作经验； 2、熟练掌握Python/Go/C++中至少一种编程语言，具备扎实的数据建模、ETL和数据质量建设经验； 3、熟悉Spark/Flink/Iceberg/Ray等大数据、湖仓或AI数据处理技术，有独立主导海量（TB~PB级）数据处理或数据平台项目经验； 4、理解大模型/多模态模型的基本原理，了解SFT/RLHF/多模态对齐等训练范式，有AI数据合成、数据清洗、多模态数据处理经验者优先； 5、具备良好的业务理解力、数据洞察力和工程主人翁精神，能从复杂业务问题中抽象数据方案，并推动跨团队高效协同落地。
