1、负责TikTok旗下国际化产品品牌传播和本地化设计，打造符合战略的品牌符号与规范，跟进不同国家地区的线下活动； 2、独立完成设计项目支持，参与项目从前期策划、协同其他设计师与相关业务方讨论需求到把控设计需求落地的全流程工作； 3、协同团队理解业务目标、及目标市场，开展本地化设计调研，并参与设计语言的搭建与定义； 4、深入理解业务和用户，关注社会热点，从不同角度挖掘品牌的社会价值，和业务方一起构思创意，提供完整的视觉解决方案，覆盖品牌、IP、运营、产品视觉、活动设计等多个方向； 5、具备前瞻性的审美和项目管理能力，能把控相关项目设计调性，不断探索创意的边界，不断提升整体对外物料输出品质。

1、本科及以上学历，设计相关专业更佳； 2、具备0-1打造品牌、1-N深耕品牌的经历，懂得平衡品牌的长线和运营的短线； 3、平面设计功底扎实，对视觉传达有创新追求，愿意尝试新的视觉语言，而不是简单跟随流行风格； 4、具备AIGC设计能力，能运用AI工具并做好相关资产的管理与规划； 5、具备良好的设计提案能力，可以系统化描述设计思路，独立完成复杂业务； 6、具备深度思考能力与自驱力，拥有良好审美和创意思维；具备良好团队合作精神、开放心态，沟通有逻辑且做事有条理；熟悉业务与产品逻辑，具备项目全流程经验，善于复盘总结并能形成独立判断在团队中发挥积极影响。

加分项： 1、具备产品动效/Vibe coding能力； 2、国际化留学或工作经历加分。
