1、负责TikTok多人下直播场景促社交连麦的运营手段建设（活动、玩法等），整体提升多人社交房供给及嘉宾连麦规模； 2、围绕多人直播社交场景结合文化、圈层、兴趣等因素，策划海内外/区域性活动，带动嘉宾规模峰值增长及大盘基线增长，做好活动产品能力建设、项目管理、跨区域联动、活动效果监测及数据复盘； 3、打造社交认知标杆案例，配合外放手段，增强多人连麦用户认知及影响力； 4、联动多人产品、区域等团队做好社交产品功能GTM，增强用户感知，提升功能渗透。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上直播/短视频/社交/内容平台运营经验，对连麦/聊天室/UGC活动运营有深入了解者优先； 2、具备创意策划能力及用户洞察能力，对内容表达、社交行为背后的用户动机有深入思考和研究； 3、对数据和用户敏感，具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能够合理量化创意策划及手段的影响力； 4、抗压与自驱，沟通顺畅、协作开放，面对复杂场景保持节奏与结果导向； 5、可英语工作和沟通，有海外相关工作或留学经历者优先。
