1、风险发现与研判流程与SOP体系建设负责风险研判流程的端到端设计与持续演进，覆盖三类研判场景（线上感知、外部案例、情报驱动）；建立标准化SOP、评审机制（含双确触发条件）与质量基线； 2、Red Team Taxonomy演进与前瞻性风险预判以治理的风险准则为主干，持续扩充、完善与优化Red Team的Risk Taxonomy；同时对生态演进进行前瞻性扫描（监管趋势、新兴产品形态、AIGC工具链、跨平台风险扩散等），将弱信号结构化为威胁假设，把风险发现窗口前移到攻击之前； 3、多场景主动Hunt与研判产出针对包括但不限于线上关键漏放、外部风险Escalation、舆情、黑产情报等多样化的风险感知输入，主动挖掘并结构化研判输出包括高质量风险研判分析报告； 4、牵头设计研判Agent工作流的能力定义、Prompt工程与Human-in-the-Loop边界设计；与算法/工程团队共同推动Redteam Agentic Platform的研判模块持续迭代与优化； 5、外部黑产情报与跨团队协同对接外部安全公司、白帽社区、行业同业及供应商，建立可持续的暗网、黑灰产情报通道；将外部情报结构化转化为蓝军可用的研判输入与Taxonomy增量；与治理产品、Policy、DS、数据标注等跨团队高效协同，推动研判结论向样本构造、漏洞运营、评估评测的有效流转与闭环。

1、本科及以上学历；计算机科学/信息安全/风险管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备以下经验之一：信任与安全研判/Policy经验，内容审核策略/风控策略，线上对抗与漏放归因经验，威胁情报CTI/红蓝对抗/渗透安全背景； 3、理解LLM与多模态模型的能力边界，具备Prompt设计、人机协同流程拆解、与算法/工程团队共建Agent工作流的实操经验； 4、数据驱动：熟练使用SQL/Python；能搭建investigation dashboard，量化漏放率、Pattern覆盖率等核心指标，并基于线上数据进行漏放归因； 5、英语可作为日常工作语言。

加分项： 1、多模态与AIGC风险研判经验：能拆解AI换脸、合成音视频、AIGC包装类违规的语义结构与对抗手法，并形成可执行的构造方法论。
