日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TikTok智能创作模板业务（Android/iOS/Server/KMP）相关工作，涉及领域包括但不限于短视频产品的客户端功能迭代和开发、AI Agent项目的前后端迭代，后端Workflow平台能力建设、前/后端AI模板离线供给自动化平台建设等； 2、在Mentor的指导下，能逐渐完成中等复杂需求的迭代并且保证质量； 3、热爱和善于利用AI工具，参与团队AI Coding研发提效相关的建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有较强的学习和动手能力，能深入思考，对新兴技术感兴趣； 3、具有良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。

加分项 1、对AI新兴技术感兴趣的优先； 2、有AI Agent相关学习经验的优先。
