1、负责TikTok内容安全场景下模型评估方向的数据科学工作，围绕审核链路中的模型建立端到端评估体系，支持模型能力建设、上线决策与持续迭代； 2、针对ASR、OCR、LID等基础模型，传统ML+LLM的安全模型，以及用于能力校准和高质量标注生产的ground truth模型，设计训练集、评估集和配套评测方法，构建覆盖多语言、多模态、多违规类型场景的模型评估框架； 3、基于离线数据、人工评测结果、线上反馈和业务指标，制定模型上线标准、评审流程与验收机制，推动评估结果在模型发布和版本迭代中的有效应用； 4、建设模型上线后的监控与预警体系，持续识别模型劣化、分布漂移和场景适配问题；通过RCA分析和优化点挖掘，推动模型效果持续提升； 5、沉淀内容安全领域的评估方法论与数据解决方案，探索Agentic base的数据解决方案，提升评估体系、监控机制与数据能力的标准化和复用性，更好支撑AI技术在内容安全业务中的应用落地。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数据科学、计算机、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业优先；具备LLM评测、多模态模型、评估集建设、数据清洗、风控模型、内容安全或模型数据分析经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的数据科学与统计建模能力，熟悉模型效果评估、误差归因、实验设计、因果分析等方法，能够将模型问题转化为清晰的数据分析与优化路径； 3、熟练使用SQL、Python等工具进行大规模数据处理、建模分析和可视化；了解机器学习/深度学习基本原理，对LLM评测、评估集构造、Prompt评估、数据清洗或自动化评测流程有实践经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的问题攻坚、逻辑表达和跨团队协作能力，能够与算法、产品、审核等团队共同推进模型迭代，并量化验证优化效果； 5、具备一定英语工作能力，能够适应全球化业务协作；对GenAI、内容安全、模型评测和可信AI方向有持续关注与热情。
