1、本科及以上学历，5年以上活动运营/游戏策略/品牌营销经验，有直播、电商、游戏或泛娱乐行业背景者优先； 2、优秀的活动策略能力与创意玩法设计能力，能够从0到1构建活动结构、制定玩法机制，并清晰表达活动逻辑，具备较强的用户心理洞察能力； 3、出色的数据分析能力，对活动数据变化敏感，能够独立分析活动效果、提炼问题与总结规律； 4、扎实的逻辑思维与抽象能力，善于搭建方法论、优化活动路径模型，具备独立思考和问题解决能力； 5、强沟通与协作能力，具备复杂项目推进经验，能够在跨部门、跨区域合作中高效推动项目落地； 6、中英文流利，可作为工作语言，具备国际化沟通能力，能适应多文化、多时区环境。
