1、负责生活服务直播产品的日常运营与项目统筹，协同产品与业务团队，推动直播相关产品能力的建设与落地，提升直播转化效率与业务规模； 2、作为业务与产品之间的桥梁，深入业务一线，深度挖掘并梳理商家、机构及用户的真实痛点与核心诉求，将复杂的业务场景转化为清晰、有效的产品解决方案； 3、负责直播产品新功能上线及重点战役的全流程管理，主导制定清晰的策略与驻场支持方案，梳理并把控整体项目时间线，确保关键目标高质量交付； 4、建立完善的问题跟进与反馈机制，系统性收集直播全链路的体验问题与业务反馈；基于对用户和业务的深刻理解，与产品团队保持高效、紧密的沟通与同频，推动直播产品的持续迭代优化； 5、沉淀直播产品运营相关方法论与最佳实践，搭建数据监控与效果评估体系，持续分析直播核心指标，通过数据与业务洞察驱动整体规模增长。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品运营或项目管理经验，有本地生活、电商直播、内容型交易产品运营经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的产品运营全链路能力，有成功主导复杂产品新功能GTM及专项全流程落地的实战经验； 3、对直播业务形态有深刻理解，能够洞察事物本质并挖掘商业机会点，具备出色的跨团队沟通与协调整合资源能力，能强力推动各方落地； 4、愿意深入一线，具备务实求真的工作态度、强烈的自驱力、责任心与同理心； 5、英语听说读写流利，可作为日常工作语言，具备良好的商务沟通与协作能力。
