1、负责搭建TikTok在餐饮类目的搜索交易策略体系，围绕垂直行业制定差异化搜索策略与内容融合路径，提升场景匹配与用户决策效率； 2、负责该行业搜索交易卡的准召优化，推动泛搜结果中的结构化卡片接入与高效分发；设计并优化搜索结果样式、标签体系、筛选器机制等关键前台能力，打造精泛搜+垂搜的完整体验； 3、结合短视频内容、用户意图与行业供给特点，探索泛搜场中的召回触达与跨场域承接策略； 4、基于数据分析与实验评估，推动搜索GMV、转化率、CTR等核心指标提升；沉淀策略能力模块和方法，助力团队在搜索平台能力上形成复用。

1、具备搜索推荐产品经验，本地生活（餐饮或外卖）、电商等领域经验者优先； 2、熟悉搜索意图识别、交易卡片召回与排序策略，有泛搜/垂搜产品架构设计经验者加分；与算法、前端、运营等角色高效协同，推动策略方案落地； 3、理解本地生活行业的转化链路与内容结构，能将内容生态与交易体系有效结合； 4、数据驱动，能独立设计实验与分析评估，熟练使用SQL/Python等分析工具； 5、逻辑清晰、沟通协作能力强，对复杂系统有结构化拆解与方法论抽象能力。
