1、负责直播场景下的主播经营平台基础能力搭建，包括但不限于主播中心、复盘诊断能力、粉丝维系能力、沟通触达能力等，诊断业务现状，识别关键问题，并制定独特的解决方案； 2、深入区域运营需求，以To B平台视角，兼To C主播视角，对主播全生命周期链路进行梳理，发掘新的经营能力机会点，为功能的端到端效果负责，包括构思、设计、构建、测试到上线及衡量的全链路； 3、制定合理的数据衡量指标，持续关注并挖掘各功能模块的效率及逻辑优化，能不断进行产品模式创新与业务迭代； 4、面向全球区域运营，配合或主导制定合理的主播供给增长策略和产品解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，能够使用英文作为工作语言； 2、5年及以上产品工作经验，有直播产品、娱乐产品、创作者生态等相关经验；有国际化学习/工作经历优先；有AI相关经验加分； 3、自我驱动型，出色的沟通协作和项目管理能力，具备解决复杂问题的能力； 4、良好的数据理解能力，逻辑思维能力强，具有探求心，自我驱动力强； 5、具有全球视野和热情，持续关注全球互联网产品。
