1、支持国际化短视频业务用户研究工作，帮助业务理解不同市场用户； 2、根据业务问题，在导师的指导下完成用户研究项目的需求分析、方案设计、项目执行，并输出有较强落地性的研究报告； 3、具备信息快速收集与分析整合能力，用户同理心与洞察能力强，能灵活通过各种方式进行市场信息扫描，迅速为业务提供有价值信息和建议； 4、前瞻性梳理、判断互联网内容型产品及相关行业的市场环境及动态，结合业务进展，进行专题的用户/达人调研分析。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，心理学、社会学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对用户研究和互联网产品有强烈兴趣，能独立进行分析与判断；了解常用的用户研究方法，具备数据敏感性，熟悉SPSS等统计软件的使用； 3、优秀的英文听说读写能力，能用英文执行项目（包括项目设计、访谈、报告撰写），熟悉跨文化沟通场景，能阅读专业论文，如掌握其他语种更佳； 4、有互联网用户研究、战略、商业分析岗位实习经历优先；有咨询公司、市场研究公司实习经历优先； 5、每周至少到岗4天，实习时间不少于3个月。
