1、负责国际化直播内容策略制定，对内容有足够了解，能通过分析优化直播创作策略，优化内容生态，提升优质直播供给，帮助创作者提升经营能力； 2、与产品及算法团队协作，深入理解推荐机制、策略调度与算法原理，构建内容生态素材库、内容理解模型、标签基建等； 3、输出策略方案，利用数据验证结果，并沉淀为长期可复用的流程与工具； 4、理解创作者运营体系，能很好地推动策略在B/C端落地，通过优化创作者经营能力助力升级； 5、能制定目标，具有规划能力，搭建必要的经营数据监控和效果评估体系，用户体验洞察，不断优化策略，并能推动跨部门合作协同。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上内容策略/直播运营/内容生态/创作者运营策略相关经验，有海外工作/学习经历优先； 2、熟悉内容推荐流程及基本原理加分； 3、优秀的分析及逻辑能力，对数据敏感度高，能洞察关键问题并在多目标中抓重点，独立思考，具备韧性； 4、具备良好的沟通表达、多方协作与项目管理能力，能高效对齐目标、解决复杂问题并交付预期成果； 5、愿意深入一线，具备较好的用户意识； 6、英文沟通流利，可作为工作语言。
