1、负责TikTok生活服务商家商品运营相关策略、招商、产品建设，提升商品丰富度和竞争力，为供给规模和订单规模负责； 2、与地区BD紧密协作，描绘商家经营、商家分级，确认当前阶段招商目标及招商计划； 3、建设商家、商品分层标准和进阶规则，协同流量策略，提升商家经营和优质供给产单效率； 4、洞察用户需求，识别供给机会点，根据不同应用场景设计供给玩法和商家经营策略； 5、搭建商家、商品运营数据监控和效果评估体系，持续对商家经营、商品丰富度、商品竞争力进行分析和总结，从数据中发现问题并反推策略和产品优化。

1、本科学历以上，5年以上互联网产品运营经验，有本地生活、O2O的运营经验者优先；国际化/外企背景经验者优先； 2、负责过商家商品、商家运营等相关运营工作，具备较强的策略及分析能力； 3、理解商家的经营视角，能够洞察本质，挖掘机会点，并能够协调整合资源、强力推动各方落地； 4、愿意深入一线，英语交流能力强，具备良好的表达和沟通协作力；具备务实求真的工作态度、有自驱力和责任心； 5、具有多维数据分析意识和能力，能有效通过数据洞察问题及机会点。
