1、5年以上酒旅合作伙伴或客户管理经验，有成功案例，深度理解酒旅行业趋势与竞争格局； 2、目标导向，能拆解业务目标并强力推动落地； 3、策略思维和数据敏感度，基于数据驱动问题解决，善于规划中长期路径并做优先级决策； 4、英语可作为工作语言，具备沟通影响力和谈判能力，能有效影响内外部决策者，维护双赢合作与关系。
