1、3年以上经营分析、策略/增长产品相关经验； 2、具备优秀的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用SQL，并具备较强的数据建模能力； 3、具有扎实的结构化思维，能够将复杂业务拆解为可分析、可执行的问题； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通及项目推动能力，能够推动复杂项目落地。

加分项 1、对增长业务有深入理解，熟悉用户生命周期、增长模型及资源配置逻辑； 2、具备较强的商业敏感度，能够发现业务机会，并提出创新性的增长策略； 3、不满足于解释数据，更能够将分析结果转化为业务决策，并推动策略落地。
