1、负责TikTok国际化本地生活搜索的用户意图理解与基建模型体系建设，对搜索意图识别效果与垂搜体验目标负责，定义各基建模型的policy与理想态，梳理能力边界与标注规范； 2、能够设计科学的模型评估与监控机制，量化模型真实效果，系统梳理负面案例，抽象共性问题，明确优化空间与优先级； 3、能够抽象业务问题为可落地的优化方案，驱动算法迭代，形成"发现→归因→方案→验证→沉淀"闭环，拓展基建模型的应用价值； 4、作为项目负责人推动上下游协作，推动垂搜基建能力横向规模化应用，保证业务收益最大化。

1、3年及以上搜索策略运营工作经验；熟悉本地生活供需结构，深入理解用户搜索决策路径与交易转化链路加分； 2、深度使用搜索、本地生活类产品，热爱生活服务行业；可结合业务场景输出运营需求文档，推动体验标准搭建、模型迭代落地； 3、具备良好数据分析能力，熟练运用A/B测试验证策略效果；有LLM落地、NLP（意图识别、实体抽取、文本分类等）相关经验优先； 4、逻辑清晰，学习能力强，自驱好学； 5、优秀跨团队沟通协调能力，可熟练使用中英文开展工作。
