1、负责TikTok国际化短视频的流量主架构，决定平台流量在多业务、多体裁、多地区之间的合理分配，以平台长期价值（用户LT和平台Revenue）最大化为目标； 2、独立负责流量主架构下的一个子方向（多业务流量平衡、跨国跨体裁调度、生态正向优化等），完成从问题诊断、机制设计、策略落地、效果评估的完整闭环； 3、与多业务方深度博弈协作，识别内容分发链路中的关键流量问题，定义可量化的阶段性目标，推动跨团队落地； 4、设计客观可复盘的策略评估体系，明确每一项策略的收益来源、判断标准与Trade-Off，避免“看起来有收益”的虚假优化； 5、推动支撑长期决策的基础设施建设，包括流量问题诊断、用户理解、内容理解等能力。

1、本科及以上学历，有产品或策略经验，深入理解内容推荐流程及基本原理，有内容策略、调度策略、商品推荐等策略产品经验、算法技术经验者及计算机学科背景优先； 2、逻辑清晰，有责任感和目标感，对所负责方向有明确、合理的拆解思路和运营规划，能自驱目标达成； 3、数据思维强，能制定负责方向的整体数据评估逻辑和评估指标； 4、良好的英文沟通协作和项目管理能力，有韧性，长期主义，有国际化学习或工作经历者优先。
