1、负责TikTok用户增长策略，围绕促活与邀请裂变，推动DAU、有效流入和留存增长； 2、基于用户行为和转化链路分析，制定人群分层、激励、触达及分享策略，协同产品、数据、算法等团队落地； 3、设计并复盘增长实验，判断策略对DAU、流入和留存的实际贡献，持续优化增长效率。

1、有用户增长、生命周期运营、邀请裂变或增长策略经验，独立负责过从策略设计到落地复盘的完整项目； 2、具备数据分析和实验能力，能讲清DAU、流入、留存的指标口径，以及如何判断策略带来的实际提升； 3、能推动跨团队合作，在增长效果、用户体验和激励成本之间作取舍，有内容平台或国际化业务经验者优先； 4、英语能力强，可作为工作语言，有国际化学习或工作经历的优先。
