1、全局评估体系与Golden Set建设：负责AIGT Golden Set（标准评估集）的整体规划与建设，覆盖核心政策维度，各类内容体裁，不同线上分布；建立样本采集、清洗、更新和淘汰机制，确保评估基准在不同区域和语境下的代表性，为模型迭代提供统一的“真值”标尺； 2、Prompt Engineering与模型迭代：在最前沿的SOTA模型，基于Golden Set与线上漏过/误杀案例，负责风险场景的Prompt设计与精细化调优（含模板设计Few-Shot样本库维护）；联合算法团队，利用归因分析结果推动AIGT模型的微调与架构优化； 3、政策解构与AI Indicator Framework搭建与政策团队深度协作：将模糊的社区准则解构为可被LLM与多模态模型执行的量化指标体系（AI Indicator Framework）；沉淀各风险场景的指标定义与尺度边界，解决LLM审核中的尺度漂移问题； 4、数据基建与训练数据质量治理：在PE与模型迭代过程中识别并解决“脏数据”、“正例不足”、“标签冲突”等底层问题；与标注团队政策团队深度合作，设计PA标注任务与质检规则，建设高价值错误样本库与边界样本库，为模型冷启动与持续迭代提供高质量数据保障。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数据科学、法学或相关专业优先；3年以上内容风控、策略运营、搜索推荐策略或AI产品运营经验；深刻理解内容安全业务； 2、策略与规则能力：对内容安全体系有深入理解，熟悉政策拆解与规则落地流程，具备较强的逻辑抽象能力； 3、模型与Prompt经验：熟悉LLM基础原理，对Prompt Engineering、Few-Shot、RAG有实战经验，能独立调优高质量指令； 4、数据分析与评估：具备扎实的数据分析功底，熟练使用SQL/Excel/BI工具，有评估体系搭建、Golden Set构建或A/B Test经验者优先； 5、跨团队协作：能够在复杂的矩阵组织中对齐目标，具备较强的推动力；系统化思维：能从琐碎的案例中抽炼出系统性方案，具备主人翁意识，结果导向； 6、具备商务英语听说读写能力，能熟练处理英文政策、技术文档和全球评估报告。
