1、研究全球市场电商合规法规与行业最佳实践，为策略制定提供依据；起草治理政策文件，并将其本地化，确保与当地市场情况相契合； 2、编写指导材料和培训课件，向跨部门团队实时传达最新政策； 3、设计风险监控流程与关键指标，并对相关数据进行深入分析，识别风险趋势、异常模式及根本原因； 4、运用调查性思维审查欺诈及平台滥用案例（如虚假交易等），识别灰色地带，持续优化治理政策与解决方案； 5、与产品、研发、数据团队协作，共建风险识别与治理的策略，同时运用AI技术分析模型准确性，持续提升风险评估的效率与精准度； 6、搭建数据看板，追踪风险水平及治理策略的有效性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据分析、政策或相关专业优先； 2、具备较强分析能力，能解读复杂数据并提炼可执行洞察，熟练使用SQL者优先； 3、优秀的沟通能力和跨方管理能力； 4、积极主动、适应力强，具备在动态环境中高效推进工作的能力； 5、有AI/机器学习应用相关经验者优先； 6、有相关实习经验、熟悉电商或治理相关技术者优先。
