日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕国际内容社区定位制定内容策略，提升内容质量、活跃度与用户粘性； 2、参与维护内容分类和兴趣体系，结合国际用户偏好与平台调性，优化分类逻辑、完善兴趣标签，提升内容分发精准度与用户浏览体验； 3、协同算法、运营、内容、数据团队推进策略落地，平衡指标增长、用户体验与社区生态健康。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周出勤3天，可连续实习5个月+优先； 3、重度内容社区用户，具备良好内容意识和用户同理心，熟悉国际用户内容偏好，对国际文化、热点、潮流敏感度高； 4、逻辑清晰，具备基础数据分析能力，会SQL优先； 5、主动好学、责任心强，沟通协作高效，有内容运营/社区运营/生态运营实习经历优先； 6、英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的读写能力，能独立对接国际团队，会泰语加分，了解大模型在内容理解场景下的应用，有大模型数据标注、Prompt撰写与优化经验优先，有内容理解、生态策略或生态治理相关实习/项目经验者优先。
