1、本科及以上学历，至少3年国际化媒体投放获客经验； 2、熟悉媒体的广告竞价机制，沉淀知识经验并输出给团队； 3、中英双语工作，英语扎实，能接受国外出差，跨时区协作； 4、思路开阔，挖掘内容卖点，诉诸广告创意，提炼爆款方法论； 5、数据敏感性强，敏锐感知数据背后的深层原因，并逐个击破； 6、部门内外联动，有较强的统筹、协调、组织、策应资源能力，强学习力，结果导向型，推进执行。
