1、负责TikTok生活服务酒旅业务端到端的产品运营与项目统筹，覆盖供给接入、内容质量、定价与促销、分销渠道、消费者体验与售后服务全链路，协同产品与业务团队推动产品能力建设与业务规模增长； 2、作为业务与产品之间的桥梁，深入业务一线，深度挖掘并梳理供给侧（酒店、机构）与消费侧的真实痛点与核心诉求，将复杂的业务场景转化为清晰、有效的产品解决方案； 3、负责酒旅产品新功能上线、新市场进入及重点战役的全流程管理，主导制定清晰的GTM策略与跨团队、跨区域的执行方案，梳理并把控整体项目时间线，确保关键目标高质量交付； 4、输出酒旅产品战略：完成产品深度拆解（Booking、Agoda、Expedia、Trip.com、Klook等）、市场容量测算与机会判断，作为产品与业务Leader的可信合伙人，提前识别风险并提供结构化取舍建议； 5、沉淀酒旅产品运营方法论与最佳实践，搭建可被复用的运营机制（节奏、看板、决策框架）；持续分析核心指标，通过数据与业务洞察驱动整体规模增长。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品运营/产品战略/产品经理经验，有酒旅/OTA/旅游科技背景（供给端或消费端皆可，兼具者），有独立负责一条业务线或产品域并交付可量化业务结果的经验； 2、具备扎实的产品运营全链路能力，有成功主导复杂产品新功能GTM及专项全流程落地的实战经验；对酒旅行业格局、产品演进、市场机会有体系化判断； 3、对酒旅全模块有深度理解，对优先级判断与资源分配有自己的方法论；具备出色的跨团队沟通与资源协调整合能力，能在高级别会议中清晰沟通、管理冲突、推动决策；面对模糊问题能定义清楚，从战略与执行两个维度交付答案； 4、愿意深入一线，具备务实求真的工作态度、强烈的自驱力、责任心与同理心； 5、英语听说读写流利，可作为日常工作语言，具备良好的商务沟通与协作能力，有英语工作环境经验为强加分项。
