1、负责TikTok搜索热点运营整体策略制定与落地，基于用户意图、内容生态与搜索业务目标，制定热点识别、筛选、分发的全链路策略； 2、热点体系搭建与机制优化，建立高效的热点监控、处理与分发机制，包括热点发现体系、编辑规范、响应机制与质量评估体系； 3、重大热点事件决策与响应指挥，对突发公共事件、全站级热点、重大节日等关键场景负责指挥与决策，确保热点呈现准确、及时、稳定； 4、跨部门战略协同与数据驱动增长： 1）与产品、算法、内容安全、公共事务等团队深度合作，推动搜索热点策略、产品形态与安全策略持续优化； 2）搭建热点数据指标体系，定期分析热点覆盖度、点击率、用户满意度等核心指标，并持续推动策略迭代； 5、风险治理与合规管控，主导热点内容的风险识别与审核机制建设，确保热点呈现符合平台内容安全与政策要求。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上内容运营/搜索运营/热点运营经验，有管理团队经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的策略能力与方法论构建能力，能基于用户洞察、内容供给与业务目标制定结构化、可规模化的策略与机制； 3、数据驱动思维强，熟悉数据分析工具（SQL/Looker/Tableau等），能够从复杂数据中提炼业务洞察并指导策略调整； 4、优秀的跨团队沟通与推进能力，能在复杂业务场景中协调产品、算法、安全等多方资源，高效推动项目落地； 5、决断能力，能够在高时效场景下快速做出判断和指挥； 6、可将英语作为流利工作语言，具备国际化视野或海外内容生态经验者优先。
