1、围绕经验决策类搜索场景，负责提升用户在搜索中的理解效率、决策效率与整体体验； 2、搜索体验与需求理解：基于搜索数据与用户行为，识别经验决策场景下的关键体验问题；抽象不同类型的经验决策需求，设计对应的搜索体验与策略方案； 3、搜索策略与排序优化：与搜索/推荐算法协作，优化经验决策场景下的排序与策略表现；推动澄清意图、结果摘要、关键信息外露等能力落地，帮助用户更快理解搜索结果、完成决策；通过冷启动、提权、结构化展示等策略，提升搜索结果中优质内容的可见性与点击效率； 4、内容理解与结构化能力建设：围绕测评、教程等经验决策内容形态，推动结构化表达与结果呈现能力建设（如摘要、要点、关键对比信息等）；协同AI能力相关团队，探索智能理解与辅助表达在搜索体验中的应用； 5、数据分析与实验迭代：搭建并维护搜索体验相关的核心指标体系，如满意度、CTR、LT、决策效率等；与算法、数据团队共同设计评估口径，通过A/B测试持续验证与迭代搜索策略效果。

1、有互联网产品或策略相关经验，有搜索、推荐或内容平台方向经验； 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能基于数据分析拆解问题并验证假设； 3、理解搜索与推荐的基础方法论，对CTR、LT、冷启动、个性化分发等概念有认知，能与算法同学高效对齐； 4、对用户体验敏感，具备体系化思考与结构化表达能力，能将复杂问题拆解为可落地的策略； 5、沟通顺畅、责任心强，能在多团队协作环境中推动项目落地。
