1、负责TikTok直播业务内容策略运营与优化，深入理解直播业务，通过对头部内容监控与数据分析等手段，发现内容生态与用户体验关键问题，建立监控指标体系，制定策略优化； 2、构建推荐问题快速发现机制，从用户消费体验出发快速识别画风、流量、推荐等方向问题，通过数据论证量化影响面，洞察用户需求并推动策略体系建设； 3、理解推荐系统基础原理，协调推荐产品、算法、数据科学等团队，落地对用户消费体验及长期业务生态有价值的策略； 4、与分析师与算法团队协作，针对关键问题推动策略制定与优化，做好项目管理，确保优化策略落地，为最终优化结果负责，提升业务核心指标与内容生态健康。

1、2年及以上策略运营经验，对直播业务有深入理解，对海外用户有洞察，海内外直播重度用户优先，有内容策略运营、推荐策略运营经验优先； 2、有良好的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能对复杂问题完成系统性拆解，并迅速识别关键问题； 3、责任心强，有热情；擅长跨文化沟通，英语可作为工作语言。
