1、舆情机制建设：参与设计并持续优化搜索舆情的主动发现、监控与预警机制，做到早发现、早研判、早处置； 2、干预体系搭建：建立并维护搜索定制化的舆情干预手段与平台，包括但不限于：敏感词词库平台的建设与运营、舆情大模型的数据训练与评估、干预策略的链路设计与效果复盘； 3、应急响应与处置：负责舆情应急响应，对突发的搜索安全舆情事件进行快速、精准的干预处理，并完成事后分析与复盘，推动系统化改进； 4、压力测试与系统加固：设计并执行压力测试方案，模拟极端场景以检验和强化现有安全防控体系的鲁棒性，确保系统在任何情况下都坚实可靠； 5、质量把控：对热点内容的质量把控工作进行监督、抽查和评估，发现潜在风险与流程漏洞，推动质量标准与流程的迭代； 6、定制化安全方案：为热点业务量身定制安全策略（如特定话题的专项监控、特殊展示逻辑等），并构建其专属的快速干预能力，保障热点内容在“快”的同时，也必须“稳”和“准”。

1、出色的内容意识与探索精神：对内容、舆论和社会热点有较高的敏感度和好奇心，能主动探索和理解各类内容背后的风险与逻辑； 2、扎实的运营基本功：具备基本的安全链路设计知识，了解内容从触发到干预的全流程；注重细节，追求极致，是一名动手能力较强的问题解决者； 3、强大的学习与适应能力：面对快速变化的业务和新型风险，能快速学习新知识、新工具（如大模型应用），并应用于实际工作； 4、具备出色的应急处理能力和心理素质，能从容应对紧急任务，并对工作结果负责。

优先条件 1、有搜索、推荐、资讯、内容安全、风险管控等相关领域运营经验者优先； 2、有敏感词系统、审核系统、策略平台等工具使用或运营经验者优先； 3、有参与过大模型数据训练、评估或应用项目经验者优先。
