1、负责生活服务商品与供给侧的产品运营工作；统筹商品类目、属性标签体系、团购套餐发布及AI提效工具等核心模块，为总体供给规模、商品竞争力及订单转化大盘负责； 2、展现卓越的跨部门协同与利益相关者管理（Stakeholder Management）能力；作为核心枢纽联动产品研发、行业运营、流量策略等多方团队，主导复杂跨端项目的全生命周期管理（Project Management），确保本地化、智能化商家工具的高效落地； 3、制定商品分层标准和进阶规则，构建完善的底层知识图谱体系；洞察用户需求，深度协同搜索与推荐团队，优化供需匹配机制，提升优质供给的曝光与产单效率； 4、制定并操盘清晰的新产品与业务策略GTM（Go-To-Market）计划；通过精准的业务宣导与商家赋能，推动运营工具在商家大盘中的规模化渗透，切实撬动线下核销与GMV增长； 5、搭建商品与商家运营的数据监控及效果评估体系；建立敏锐的商家声音（VOC）收集机制，通过多维数据分析洞察业务痛点并撰写高质量业务需求文档（MRD），反推并强力驱动底层产品能力的持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网平台商家侧、商品侧或供给侧产品运营经验，具备本地生活（O2O）、即时零售或电商平台背景者优先； 2、出色的项目管理与协同统筹能力；能够穿透表象直击本质，强力整合资源并推动跨文化、跨时区团队实现共同业务目标； 3、扎实的利益相关者管理技巧；同理心强，能够深入理解海外不同文化背景下商家的实际诉求，并妥善管理各合作方预期； 4、具备优秀的业务抽象与逻辑思考能力；熟悉商家经营业态与商品基础流程，能独立完成高质量业务需求文档的撰写与复杂业务流程设计； 5、英语可作为工作语言，在充满不确定性的创新业务环境下具备自驱力与结果导向意识。
