1、负责生活服务餐饮行业用户端交易方向工作，包括产品规划和具体产品项目设计和落地，对交易转化率及用户体验负责； 2、对目标用户选购心理及习惯进行研究，结合用户访谈和数据分析挖掘用户诉求，抽象需求共性，提炼差异性，并以此指导整体导购产品信息框架的迭代，探索新的产品形态，为业务场景内转化效率负责； 3、基于对用户决策信息的应用效果，沉淀相关的供给理解、场景理解、用户理解能力，包括且不限于品类划分，分品类关键属性等，以此设计购前购后选购链路的信息结构和产品功能，不断优化用户选购下单的导购方案及决策效率，探索更多的增长机会。

1、2年及以上移动互联网C端用户产品经验，具备前端交互设计及用户层面策略能力； 2、具备敏锐的用户意识，有同理心和抽象能力，能从各种渠道来源中抽象并理解用户需求； 3、具有良好的对标调研分析意识，能够主动积极获取市场上产品对标信息，基于团队情况给出分析； 4、熟悉行业内常用的导购手段；对信息和数据结果的关系有深刻理解并能建立强关联性。
