1、本科及以上学历，五年以上产品经验，熟悉XHS等国内外主流内容社区的生态机制； 2、有内容分发或推荐策略相关经验，理解标签体系、召回排序、生态调控的基本逻辑； 3、数据敏感，能独立完成指标体系拆解与A/B实验设计，并基于结果做判断； 4、优秀的用户同理心，有通过用户调研、社区潜水、反馈分析定位真实需求的实际经验； 5、有AI应用经验加分，英语可作为工作语言。
