1、负责平台安全治理中面向消费侧与创作侧的安全方面用户体验；与治理策略产品、数据分析、设计、工程、运营等团队紧密协作，围绕举报、处置结果透明传输、申诉、用户教育等关键场景，构建兼顾治理效果的产品解决方案；构建兼顾用户体验的产品解决方案，持续提升用户对平台规则与决策的理解与信任； 2、将全球不同地区的监管与政策要求转化为对内可扩展、对外可解释、审计友好的产品能力，在合规要求、产品体验与系统复杂度之间取得平衡，持续增强监管侧对平台治理体系的信任； 3、深入理解内容、互动、变现等不同业务场景下的安全治理目标与逻辑，推动方案与能力在多场景中的落地与优化，并通过抽象与沉淀，建设可复用的通用配置平台，提升体验服务效率； 4、基于用户反馈、反馈及业务数据，主动识别系统性问题与优化机会，持续提升C端用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上互联网产品经理相关工作经验； 2、对用户体验具备高度同理心，拥有C端产品经验，能够将复杂的治理规则与策略要求转化为清晰、可理解、对用户友好的产品表达； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能够基于数据与用户反馈发现问题、验证假设，并持续驱动产品决策与优化； 4、具备优秀的项目管理与跨团队协作能力，能够在多方博弈和复杂协作场景下影响高级管理层及跨职能团队，推动关键决策与项目高质量落地；具备清晰、专业的沟通与表达能力，能够与不同职能、不同文化背景的合作方高效协作； 5、自驱力强，责任心与主人翁意识突出，能够在高不确定性环境中保持投入度与执行力； 6、英文可作为工作语言。
