1、本科及以上学历，1-3年互联网产品运营或平台撮合经验，有商家达人撮合、联盟产品运营经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的商业逻辑思维与市场洞察力，对商业模式有深入思考，有交易型产品运营经验者优先； 3、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言，拥有商务对话能力； 4、具备出色的沟通协调与项目推动能力，拥有强烈的责任心、自驱力与同理心。
