1、我们正在寻找一位兼具产品理解、业务洞察和推动能力的智能投放产品运营，与产品经理紧密协作，推动智能投放能力从产品设计走向业务落地，作为智能投放产品团队连接内外部的重要角色：对内，抽象业务场景中的投放需求和实践经验，协同PM沉淀为可复用的产品能力；对外，推动复杂产品能力被业务真正理解、接受和使用，帮助更多业务接入智能投放，持续放大产品价值； 2、负责智能投放产品能力的对外推广与渗透，输出SOP、培训宣讲和最佳实践，推动多业务接入智能投放能力； 3、深入业务场景，收集、理解并梳理各类需求反馈，完成业务语言到产品语言的转译，协同PM推动产品演进； 4、跟进产品能力使用中的反馈与问题，推动问题梳理、优先级判断及跨团队协同解决，形成闭环； 5、负责智能投放相关重点专项推进，如新开国、重点市场落地、媒体协作等。

1、本科及以上学历，具备产品运营、商业化产品、广告产品运营或相关领域工作经验； 2、对广告投放/智能投放/AI投放有较强兴趣，能快速建立产品能力与业务价值之间的连接； 3、具备较强的结构化思考和需求抽象能力，能从零散反馈中识别问题本质和产品机会； 4、具备优秀的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，能在产品、业务、运营及外部合作方之间高效推动项目进展。
