1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上搜索相关工作经验，有搜索相关工作经历，对搜索排序机制、信息检索或内容分发系统有深入理解优先； 2、具备团队管理经验优先，能够带领团队开展复杂项目并推动跨团队协作； 3、对用户体验敏感，具备优秀的问题分析能力，能够从案例与数据中识别关键体验问题并提出优化方向； 4、熟悉定性与定量研究方法，能够通过评估指标与数据分析持续跟踪产品体验变化； 5、逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，能够在复杂协作环境中推动项目落地。
