1、1年以上内容运营、作者运营或策略运营相关经验，了解国际化内容生态和创作者运营； 2、熟练使用主流AI产品，具备良好的AI思维，能够主动将AI应用于信息处理、内容分析、策略研究或流程自动化等场景，解决业务问题并提升工作效率； 3、具备数据分析能力，能够使用SQL完成数据提取与基础分析，并基于数据发现问题、验证策略； 4、能够将英语作为工作语言，具备良好的听说读写能力； 5、责任心强、目标导向，具备良好的自驱力，能够主动识别问题并持续推进； 6、具备良好的跨团队沟通和项目推进能力，能够协同相关团队完成策略落地。
