1、负责TikTok主架构业务运营资源使用机制和计价体系的管理，以业务指标为驱动，覆盖触达/消息/资源位等分类，搭建完整且高效的资源应用流程，帮助各业务与各部门的运营需求有序落地； 2、负责触达资源内部B端管理和使用平台的建设及维护，挖掘资源策略在主框架业务中的应用场景，沉淀面向特定业务场景的资源策略包，持续提升各资源位的使用效率与投放效果； 3、围绕业务发展诉求，深入各运营业务工作场景，分析判断各角色的需求，从全局视角挖掘服务于业务增长的痛点并提出解决方案，规划产品能力迭代、设计最佳实践； 4、与产品、研发、算法、数据、设计、运营等团队深度协同，独立管理项目闭环、推动运营平台产品能力落地；与不同业务及区域运营团队协作，理解区域间运营策略差异，不断思考创新，并负责相关能力的内外部培训与推广使用； 5、制定合理的数据衡量指标，持续关注并挖掘各功能模块的效率与逻辑优化，不断进行产品模式创新与业务迭代，降低运营决策成本，提升运营效率与效果。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品运营工作经验；有内容型产品、To B平台、流量/广告产品、运营策略或数据分析背景者优先； 2、具备较强的产品规划、策略运营与交互设计能力，关注用户体验，能高效独立完成项目推进与落地；有显著业务收益或产品项目经历者优先； 3、逻辑思维能力强，具备良好的业务抽象与拆解能力，能够根据业务需求独立完成产品规划，并统筹协调资源高效落地； 4、具备全局视野与良好的业务理解，不局限于承接业务需求，对业务模式与趋势有思考判断，能主动挖掘产品提升点、与业务深度合作； 5、良好的数据理解能力，优秀的沟通及项目管理能力，责任心与自驱意识强，注重细节，具备独立解决复杂问题的能力； 6、能以英文作为工作语言，有较好的雅思/托福等语言成绩、国际留学及工作经历者优先。
