1、负责TikTok生活服务商家平台系统与智能化产品的服务端研发，覆盖账户体系、商家增长、经营营销、酒旅外卖、资金交易结算等行业场景，同时深度参与AI应用场景研究、工程研发及产品设计，推动AI产品落地； 2、理解国际商家、达人与用户多元需求场景，与产品、算法等团队紧密协作，将技术深度落地业务场景，达成产品业务目标，探索大模型时代下B端国际化产品的新范式与商业价值； 3、持续优化服务质量，提升系统稳定性与高可用性，减少线上反馈，保障全球商家资金流转、店铺经营、达人分佣等全链路业务顺畅运行；对所负责的模块与业务范围制定技术规划，驱动系统向更智能化、个性化、自适应的方向演进； 4、参与商家平台AI经营助手研发，以辅助、托管等形式助力商家店铺经营、资金管理、营销推广，持续提升商家经营效率与收益；设计并实现商家平台智能Agent系统，打造具备业务理解、任务规划、工具执行能力的智能化解决方案，提升平台整体智能化水平。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通讯等相关专业，具备扎实的代码功底，深入掌握Go/Python/Java等至少一门编程语言，熟悉常用开发框架与技术组件； 2、拥有扎实的计算机基础知识，包括数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统等，逻辑能力与学习能力突出； 3、熟悉分布式系统、微服务架构设计、稳定性治理及常用中间件原理与实践者优先； 4、对AI产品与技术有浓厚兴趣，能紧跟AI领域最新发展动态，有AI应用项目相关经历，熟悉LLM应用架构、PE工程化和数据评测，对Agent、RAG、LangChain等有基本认知与理解者优先； 5、责任心强，具备良好的沟通合作技巧与团队协作精神，能深入理解业务并建立高效协作关系，拥有独立解决复杂问题的能力与强烈的求知欲，具备国际化业务研发经验者加分。
