1、本科及以上学历，5年以上创作者运营、生态策略或内容社区平台策略经验； 2、具备优秀的战略思维与解构能力，能从宏观视角设计体系化解决方案； 3、英语可作为工作语言，有跨区域协作经验者优先，会中文加分； 4、精通数据，善于通过数据诊断问题并衡量策略成效； 5、了解体育内容创作生态与创作者动力模型。
