日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责公司最大国际化短视频产品的用户体验（UX）设计工作； 2、从初步产品构想出发，深入挖掘并细化设计概念，探索满足用户需求的解决方案，并跟踪设计落地效果； 3、以用户体验为中心，主动提出设计与产品优化方案，持续提升产品整体体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计相关专业优先； 2、可连续实习，长期实习优先，具备良好的沟通与协作能力，积极主动； 3、工作认真负责，注重设计细节，耐心细致，有好奇心、喜欢探索，有尝试过AI Vibe coding； 4、熟练掌握Figma等设计工具，具备交互与UI设计基础，设计习惯良好，审美水平较高； 5、英语通过CET-4（能以英语作为工作语言者优先），有互联网产品设计经验及相关作品案例者、喜欢生产和发布作品、爱记录和分享的社交平台活跃用户优先。
