1、负责基于Isaac、Mujoco等仿真引擎的合成数据开发工作，完成仿真可视化项目开发、交互逻辑搭建及PCG相关模块实现； 2、依托Isaac、Mujoco等仿真引擎功能，熟练运用引擎内置动画、物理等核心模块，开发并持续迭代美术制作用工具链及工作流程，提升仿真项目研发效率； 3、设计并优化仿真项目全流程中的DCC流程，制定标准化规范，开发适配仿真场景需求的流程工具； 4、分析仿真项目流程中的性能瓶颈，开展仿真引擎相关性能测试，输出针对性优化标准及落地方案； 5、参与仿真引擎相关技术方案的调研与落地，结合项目需求拓展仿真引擎功能应用边界。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备扎实的编程基础和图形学知识，能够理解并应用仿真引擎相关技术概念，具备独立解决技术问题的能力，思维清晰严谨，具备优秀的沟通协调与需求理解能力，善于梳理和归纳复杂仿真项目中的技术信息与流程逻辑；热爱技术研发，专注仿真领域技术探索，熟悉主流仿真引擎（如Isaac、Mujoco）架构及核心原理，掌握基本仿真渲染管线，了解主流渲染技术； 3、具备良好的英文阅读能力，能独立查阅仿真引擎相关英文技术文档，具备强烈的主动学习意愿和技术钻研精神，执行力强，拥有良好的团队协作意识； 4、熟悉引擎开发和图形学相关知识、具备C++开发经验者优先，熟悉Carla、Isaac sim或其他智能驾驶、具身智能训练工具者优先； 5、熟悉NV OVE（NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise）者优先，有相关仿真引擎项目落地经验者优先。
