1、负责应用行业广告产品Go-To-Market策略制定，把控和监督各阶段执行流程落地，确保策略/产品顺利上线和推广；通过培训和线上线下活动赋能内外部合作伙伴，提升各方对产品的理解和认知，促进产品Go-To-Market； 2、负责TikTok竞价广告信号质量和覆盖度提升，推动高质量信号在后端的利用，提升竞价广告整体表现； 3、通过产品测试和市场需求收集，准确把控产品上线节奏和市场预期，有效解决产品各阶段问题；定义清晰有效的产品监控指标，对广告产品效果进行持续性评估与质量监控； 4、与销售、运营及产品团队密切合作，推动产品策略落地，促进业务目标达成。

1、具备5年以上Game/App应用效果广告相关经验，对竞价机制和流量策略有深入的了解； 2、对竞价广告信号生态有一定的了解；尤其是在用户身份识别（Identity）、信号（Signals）、用户触达（Targeting）、归因（Attribution）、度量（Measurement）或优化（Optimization）等一个或多个领域有实践经验； 3、具备流利的中英文沟通能力，可以处理跨文化跨区域协作场景； 4、拥有突出的数据分析和逻辑能力，以及敏锐的用户洞察力，可拆解复杂问题并定义目标达成路径； 5、拥有跨团队协作和项目管理能力，善于沟通合作，可以在与产品研发和销售等团队协作场景中展现领导力； 6、具备高度的业务责任心和主人翁意识，主动与协作团队密切协作，明确业务诉求优先级，并达成业务目标。
